We focused the attention on the importance ofanamnesis, electrocardiogram and athletes’ entouragefor the diagnosis of such insidious pathologies andwe evaluated the follow up, focusing the attention onelectrocardiogram changes as well as on restitution adintegrum and prognosis, especially for the athletes.
