The body in its anatomical reality refers to symbolic meanings and to existential metaphors. In different philosophical and religious contexts, but increasingly also in those who once were considered the exact sciences, the enhancement of the metaphorical significance of the body goes in the direction of an epistemology of complexity, that goes beyond the old dichotomies between body and soul, emotions and mind, to play and to think. It will be argued how, thanks to the metaphorical meanings of the body, the playful activities of movement can have precious analogical meanings, that are extremely interesting on the pedagogical level. Through games-exercises of motorial activities you can achieve what in different areas is defined analogical didactics: the fictitious characteristics of the game are metaphors to experience emotions and situations of real life. The situation in fictitious play bring into authentic experiences, similar to the existential situations that have to do with the metaphor of the game proposed. It will be proposed how we can lead to channel potentially destructive emotions, in a sort of homeopathy of the emotions, which can directs and transforms obscure sides of personality, concentrating them in more appropriate analogical structures.
Il saggio argomenta come il corpo nella sua realtà anatomo-biologica rinvii a significati simbolici e a metafore esistenziali. In diversi contesti filosofici e religiosi, ma sempre più anche in quelli che un tempo erano considerati delle scienze esatte (basti pensare alla medicina psicosomatica), la valorizzazione del significato metaforico del corpo va nella direzione di una epistemologia della complessità che supera le vecchie dicotomie tra corpo e anima, emozioni e mente, fare ed essere, giocare e pensare. Si elabora e descrive, dunque, come, proprio a partire dalla realtà metaforica del corpo e del movimento, le attività ludiche a mediazione corporea possono acquistare preziosi significati analogici, estremamente interessanti sul piano pedagogico. Attraverso i giochi-esercizi di attività motoria è possibile realizzare ciò che in diversi ambiti viene definita didattica analogica; ovvero, le caratteristiche fittizie, inventate, del gioco sono metafora di situazioni reali e consentono, quindi, la sperimentazione di vissuti autentici. La palestra di movimento si fa, così, nell’intenzionalità pedagogica, palestra di vita. Si descrive, inoltre, come sia possibile in questo modo canalizzare emozioni potenzialmente distruttive, in una sorta di omeopatia degli affetti, che orienta e trasforma vissuti tendenzialmente oscuri, condensandoli in più opportune strutture analogiche.
