Abstract
Several techniques for posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction have been developed. Historically, the arthroscopic approach have been first proposed, then the inlay open approach has been popularized in order to overcome the disavantages of the arthroscopic technique. We report an hybrid approach combining the arthroscopic technique with an inlay graft fixation. It is a full arthroscopic inlay reconstruction technique in which we create a trough at the anatomical tibial or femoral insertion of PCL, respectively, in arthroscopic tibial and femoral PCL inlay technique.File in questo prodotto:
