Abstract

Ethical issues accompany the work of any researcher, especially when his attention is directed to humans, whether they are subjects or objects of research, and in any case when the researching action has a direct impact on them. what is the insurmountable limit beyond which it is not ethical, it is not lawful to lead an action, even if it is practiced in the name of human development and progress? what aspects of a particular phenomenon should research investigate, and with what purpose? these questions become even more pressing when actions and objects of research involve weak subjects (Locuzione introdotta dalla Dichiarazione di Helsinki del 1964 e ripresa dal Rapporto Belmont del 1979) , that is to say on which subjects it is easier to make the researcher’s will prevail over the individual’s one. The contribution, starting from the ethical principles defined by international codes, declarations and documents, intends to research some ethical issues in research when it meets disability and what pertains to this sphere, such as the development of inclusive education, in the perspective of Disability Studies also through some of the questions that a researcher should consider as direction indicators of the research process.
