This article examines the intersection of counselling and resilience pedagogy as a comprehensive approach to supporting and improving teacher well-being. By building resilience and providing professional counselling, we can address educators' concerns and promote a healthier and more supportive work environment. The study examines the unique stressors and challenges teachers face, including high workload, emotional demands and the need to meet performance standards.
