This paper analyzes the topic of change in sports organizations, with an emphasis on the interrelationships between management, education, values, and leadership. Drawing on sports culture—understood as a set of principles such as fair play, cooperation, discipline, and sustainability— the article demonstrates how sports can offer useful models for rethinking the functioning of modern organizations. The focus is on: first, the role of rules and values as the foundation of management; second, leadership as a relational and formative practice; third, team dynamics as a paradigm for collective learning; and fourth, sports organizations as complex systems that must be managed in an integrated manner. Consequently, it is argued that the staff training and development system is the decisive lever for transforming values into competencies and strengthening organizational identity.

Abstract
Consequently, it is argued that the staff training and development system is the decisive lever for transforming values into competencies and strengthening organizational identity.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
